Shipping policy

All Trazohuella products are made to order. Please consider both production and shipping times when estimating the arrival of your order.

Production Time

Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Production times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, seasonal demand, and order size.

Standard Shipping

Once production is complete, standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States typically takes 2–5 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time, including production and shipping, is approximately 4–12 business days.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may require an additional 7–12 business days for delivery.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather, carrier service disruptions, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is delayed or you have questions about its status, please contact us. We will be happy to review your order, provide available updates, and assist you throughout the process.
